Barbque'ing is fun and it's a no brainer. Maybe that's why guys like it.
bad grilling is just as easy as bad stovetop cooking.
it takes skill to do it right
skill, right supplies/equipment and right quality of meat. (same is true for good stovetop cooking)
but yeah, anyone can toss smooshed tight beef patties on a grill and remove burnt coasters with undercooked centers or charred chicken still bleeding inside :)
