After 44 years have all those video tapes, scores of witnesses and conspiracy theories proved who killed JFK? The only way to conclusively prove how BB was killed is to have an autopsy, something which Zardari will not allow. So in 44 years who will be blame for not allowing this, and letting the cause of her death go unsolved?

PPP rejects delay in elections
ISLAMABAD: Benazir Bhutto’s opposition party rejects any delay in the January 8 elections, a party official said on Monday after government and electoral officials said the vote would be postponed. “We are ready for elections and do not want any delay. We demand elections be held on January 8,” senior party official Shah Mahmood Qureshi told AFP. “The government should stick to the schedule. If the government delays the election, we will call a central executive committee meeting to decide our future course of action,” said Qureshi, a committee member. The PPP insisted it wanted the polls held on their original date. A delay could spark disagreement over the caretaker government running the country. afp

According to an interview given to BBC Urdu, Zardari said that on the day of her death, a family member whose name he did not disclose, contacted him and said that Benazir had left some instructions for him. He did not read the document until the children insisted he open it upon which he found it was her will and was “shocked” to be named the successor.

The CEC meeting is supposed to be a confidential one, but it was attended by up to 70 people in addition to the core 30. Non-CEC members who attended included the party’s local leaders and close friends of Zardari such as Agha Siraj Durrani, Zulfiqar Mirza and his wife Fehmida Mirza.
Badr didn’t attend press conference: After the CEC meeting Sunday a press conference was held to disclose what was considered the most important point in the will, that of succession. However, the press conference was not attended by most of the CEC members. In fact, Jehangir Badr, the PPP’s secretary general, left Bhutto House right after the meeting. It is believed that he was meant to attend the press conference as a seat with his name tag had been set in place. It was removed. Instead, Zardari was accompanied by his friends and only the members of the party’s provincial councils.
Zardari stated at the press conference that the will had been seen by the PPP CEC members and they had endorsed it and the decisions he subsequently announced. They also passed a resolution adopting these decisions.
No one, except for Zardari, was either directed or answered any questions on the will After the CEC meeting, one senior member requesting anonymity told Daily Times that the will was “not put on display, it was read out only and that is all I know”.
Green ink: Many loyalists in the compound of Bhutto House were heard asking why the will was not made public. According to Agha Siraj Durrani, who is not a member of the CEC, but had attended the meeting: “I have seen the will, which is written in BB’s handwriting in green ink, but it would not be made public as it belongs to the Bhutto family.”
An old PPP supporter named Zulfiqar Chandio argued, however, that at least her political will should be made public so that he and the other people know what her message was for the workers. “It is a will not only for the family but BB would have dwelt on the people of Sindh and their future,” he said.Another PPP leader told Daily Times that he tried to persuade Zardari to make the will public immediately, or people could doubt its authenticity. “We are still trying to persuade him,” he added.
