Ehsan Mani without a shadow of a doubt would be my first choice. the man loves Pak cricket. was an excellent administrator. what more can we ask for?
second choice would be Majid. had he been allowed to clean up Pak cricket by kicking out lowlife scum like Ijaz Ahmed and assorted cheats, we wouldn't standing here ten years later mourning the loss of the brightest talent I have seen - M. Aamer.
I have nothing but respect for Shehryar Khan who I thought was the best PCB chief I saw. but he is too much of a gentleman to handle the cancer that has spread in Pak cricket. undisciplined people like Inzi, Younis, etc ruined it for him. I will always remember him as the best PCB chief I've seen to date. he would be my third choice.
Rameez Raja was surprisingly effective in his time. he managed to rope in Bob who is undoubtedly THE best coach the game has seen. plus he was such a great guy. was such a huge coup that we managed to get him somehow. Rameez gets a lot of credit for that.

I'm not sure if I want him back in the team. he could well be a part of the matchfixing crew in which case he deserves the harshest punishment along with the rest of them. if Malik was involved with this garbage in any way, he needs to be banned for life.
see the thing is I don't worship individual players. you will get this team sport concept when you get out of your teens.

Ehsan Mani is perfect. Provided he gets full control and is allowed to make decision of removing corrupt idiots. We need a good adminsitrator and a good manager with a vision.
Javed Miandad, hell no. Aamer Sohail rubs too many people the wrong way. Ramiz Raja had a high-level position with Shaharyar Khan but didn't do anything good.
But Ijaz Butt, please has got to go.

Mani is excellent choice. He lived his most of his life in UK and is a Charted Accounted and is on board of several financial institutions.
Chishti Mujahid is also a good choice and also has cricketing knowledge.
