I was just wondering that what kind of a person is more intelligent?One who talks a lot and try to act as smart or the one who remains calm and doesn’t talk that much?
Who would you consider as more intelligent and why?
Yes true, “light travels faster than sound” but yet when they open up, it seems no one is home 
Its not so easy just as that. Sometimes ppl that are quiet, they just give others benefit of the doubt to appear all smart, yet sometimes the most foolish ones are always jumping to thier guns firing away at all occassions.
Einstien was not a good student, but the world sees him as one of the most brilliant ppl of its time, with no post expiry date on his intelligence.
Consequently, it all boils down to: One’s gotta be smarter to know who is the smart one and foolish not to know who is a fool.

Some one could be incredibly smart even with out ppl knowing it.
Because to judge some one you have to be ,almost,as smart.
The scale to measure the intelligence of someone is very complex . It is not as easy as judging someone’s intelligence in one single situation and declare that person intelligent. A person might be extremely intelligent in one situation but can be dumbfounded in another.So talking or keeping quite cannot be a measure of someone’s intelligence.

from my observation...the quiet ones are usually the intelligent ones.
They listen and observe more...and talk less.

well depends... the person who tlks more could have more confidence then the quite person who is more intelligent...then if a person is more intelligent, but is quite and has low self esteem. then who outshines who???
in most cases the quite person is more intelligent as they are more observant. and will think b4 they talk..

yardstick is always our own doltishness, a laconic may or may not be very intelligent , tautology is , by no means, a reflection of your acumen.

tell me how smart i am when this last mon i sat for a an exam with out even opening a book or attending only one lecture in whole semester. . . i was going to leave the exam cause i believed i wont even get a single mark. . . but i got 15/20 .. . even surprised my self, shocking. . ! 
solved the whole test just using my common sense.. . .and my siryan friend was like WTF 
he s been to all lectures and very active. . . he got 13/20. . . lol

to me intelligence has greatly to do with ones actions... therefore if one is TRYING to act smart, he is smart cuz no human is known to the parameter of absolute smartness.
ps. spoken words can only be counts as "words of wisdom"...they have no force or legal value. (bayshak mard ki zaban hoti hai...lakin khenay ki had tek :D)

I know some reallly dopey people and are like the most intelligent people!
And then you get the ones who look the part of being ‘clever’ but come out not so much clever 
Sometimes ppl tense up theirselves so much that what is obvious is missed out cuz they’re looking just thathard. I too personally think that if one is ‘chillax’ all is taken care of :k:
