I doubt this, what if ambassdor says that he would take the case up with higher ups in burma, or else he says it is none of Pakistan’s bussiness, what option does pakistan have then?

This is called international pressure, and in case of human right violations ambassador could not resist.

Second option is to call OIC conference and put pressure on Burma of all kind of sanctions/etc.
