Why was India so concerned about terrorism sponsorship in Pakistan? With all due respect, the terrorists really don’t care about India…their efforts are usually directed towards the West. If you think the terrorists cared about India, then you would have seen some drastic events taking place thanks to the close proximity of the countries.
And please don’t give me the example of the Mumbai attacks…that whole event is up for debate as to what exactly went on there.
Also, Musharraf was a smart man…he knew exactly how to deal with the US and not let them walk all over him. Even if the US called, the ball was in Musharraf’s court and he handled it just fine.
The presence of Pakistan has and always will both Indians. They honestly can’t come to terms with the fact that we broke away. As far as elimination of terrorism is concerned, please don’t be too worried about it. We’ll handle it just fine. Meanwhile why don’t you go and tackle the extreme poverty and discriminatory caste system in most of India where the lowest cast is treated worse than animals.
