^ samjhauta was done by some homegrown Indian elements and many other events before that. Even in Mumbai there were many Indian collaborators and there is a lot more to the issue which the Indian govt is not sharing with the people.

and If i’m not wrong, real culprits were never arrested? its very easy to blame others and get rid of the burden.
