I am up for an internal/Pakistani punishment for the trio…I do believe that trip has gotten out lightly…that might be debatable for others but I believe that for what they did and what they probably have been doing for years and ONLY got caught once for those no balls is FAR bigger crime!

To me the most important thing to come out of this would be an Internal example being made by our own authorities which would be a signal for our current and future generation of cricketers to NOT to ever mess with FAIR PLAY and never to get tempted in such indulges!

I Just see better lesson for future crickets of Pak when they see TRIO lose (part of) their properties, business which they made from part of their money earned from illegal (along with legal money).

I support life time ban on both Salman and Asif, and a 5 year ban on Aamir.

Salman being the agent for bookies in the team, Asif needs chitrol big time for his repeated misbehave and pardons.

Agreed Nikama.... IDEALLY the PCB should launch another deeper investigation and find out if there any other players who are or were involved.. and also the support staff... i don't believe these 3 were the only ones.. it's fine if the PCB doesnt make a lot of these findings public as it can be humiliating etc etc.. but at least do it.. and punish whoever else is / was involved..

But as Captain rightly says.. its not going to happen.

Butt should be banned for life. His crime far outweighs those of two people under his authority.

PCB is under the Pakistan govt so when govt take a decision then PCB acts upon it and it is not a new u know it follows by the constitution of Pakistan 1973 which is made by pak govt . So i think PCB i doing a great job .

Nope, ICC is punishing for the offense against their code of conduct, Pakistani govt/PCB should punish them for offense against their code of conduct, bringing country to disrepute etc
