Yes, it does. He was president and COAS at the time. Only reason he was able to fire them was because he had the danda (being COAS) and not a civilian. His illegality as president would have come soon, if not for the bogus emergency rule on Nov 3.

**If he is illegal, then why High Command People, All the judicary, Police, Defense Forces, Political Parties, Provincial Governments, International Organizations accept him as the leader & President. If you believe he is illegal please go out actually go to Islamabad and start crying in front of President palace.

Their are alot of people who support him and his every action in any way. He is a savior & the greatest leader we have got after Quaid-e-Azam.
