No matter who they were, killing people is not equivalent to destroying property in any law in the world. Let’s say if people who bombed the procession and people who burned the shops are apprehended, then who will get more severe punishment? The murderers or the looters?
The question arises as to when those mobs were burning shops, WHERE WAS THE POLICE? Why did police allow those people to continue burning in the first place?
These people would have burned the whole city, but where the protectors of the city?
