I don’t think they produce dramas for a specific “class” of people. I mean even the lower middle class owns a TV and have a cable connection these days. I would say the target audience are mainly women. Not many Pakistani men care to watch dramas. I wasn’t surprised at the other thread that said that star plus is the most watched channel in Pakistan because these saas bahu serials must be really popular with the women.

well i agreed, the target audience are women so star plus is still popular and i have noticed for many years, men generally praise sunehray din, abc, dhuwan including me, don’t know how many times i have watched dhuwan.
