NO. Neither were Imam Ali (as) daughters Bibi zainab, Umm Kulthum, nor his children from other wives, including Hazrat Abbas, nor the following Imams (as) mother, brothers and sisters.
It was only and only who the Prophet and the Imam of the time designated when the Prophet (saw) passed away. That is why we have 14. The Prophet (saw), Imam Ali, Bibi Fatima, (sa) and the 12 Imams (as).
If every decendant of the Prophet (saw) was included, then does that mean the sadaat folk today are ahl ul bayt, and whom you have to have to follow?
