I have some leftover, boiled white daal ( I am pretty sure it’s called maash ki daal) and I wanted to know what else I can do with it? We already ate the boiled version which is decorated with onion n such bhagaar.. My hubs loves it and it was my first time making it so I kinda made a lot. But thank goodness, I just did the bhagaar and garnish stuff on like half of it, which we already ate.
Now I’ve the other half leftover, it has no bhagar in it – hence no oil. I thought I would make dahi barrey out of it but it just hit me that for that you just soak your unboiled daal and put that in the blender. Mine’s already been boiled..
What do I do now?? Anyway I can salvage this? What else can I make with it?? I don’t wanna toss it all out …
