i havent seen anyone bashing. there are many working women who use their own spices and many stay home who use shan.

anyhow, chaat masala is another one i like to keep in my pantry. sprinkle little when they curry is done, leave the curry on dum for couple mins.

I don’t know how it is where you live, but people in US love store bought spices. Although I have no idea how often most people use it.
My purpose was to get some good recipes and I already found it.
