I had party up done by allenora for my menhdi for which they charged 5k...the makeup was nice but they asked me to show up at 2 and being the american i m ...i showed up at 2. They didn't touch me until 5...and i was done at 5:35. At the time of the booking i had asked abt eyelashes and if they wuld be included in the party makeup, they said Yes. But at the time of the makeup they didn't put eyelashes on me. When i asked at that time, first she said i already have nice and long eyelashes and dont need fake one. But I told her i wanted to add them...she said they will be extra.
For Siffat they charged 20k at madeeha's. I am comparing their customer service and makeup style from my own experience....which is very fresh (not even a month ago).
I guess i expected higher customer service at these salons since they are the top once. Which at two of them i received but not at allenora.
Wow, Shahzad is getting married? I always thought him and Ather were going out? And which MUA does a good red lip since I'd want to do that on the baraat? Anyone try Anusheh Asad's Studio 51 salon? She looked really great on her baraat, I think she may have done her own makeup. Anyone know anything about that?

there are these 2 parlours in lahore run by two chinese-pakistani sisters, saw them on tv once, they're really gorgeous!! Only thing is, i forgot their names.
Anyone know anything about the, like where they are located, etc?
Also any word on Anusheh Asad's salon?

I am getting married in December and now-a-days m looking for bridal makeup options. I want services for three days (mehandi, barat n walima). Please help me decide the makeup artists. what factors should i consider before deciding the artist? Please let me know the packages along with artists? If funtions are in december then whats the best time for booking etc

well first thing would be ur price range, 2nd wuld be what type of makeup you want. What type of service you want. U can read my review of three salons in lahore. and again i DO NOT recod. Allenora to anybody :)

I would suggest ** Shakeela's**, I have seen so many brides who had their make up from this beauty parlour, I couldn't find any flaw in their make up and specially their dupatta setting is amazing. Last time my cousin had her make up from Shakeela's and she paid only 8000 (including facial etc). You can confirm their dues.

for my nikkah function on the day of nikkah i went for new look parlour and went for the mehndi make up (towards natural look) it was excellent guppans
and then next day for the actual nikkah function that took in a banquet hall i went to madeehas and got the bridal makeup everyone loved it and i really felt reaally happy with madeehas salon and i would recommend madeehas.

i was thinking of hiring senior artist for my baraat makeup @ madeehas but m really confused and since i'm in NY right now that really sets me off from seeing the work myself

she charges 35,000 for barat make up & if you get your mehndi makeup done by her they offer you a 50% discount..usually they charge 8,000 but if you're getting your barat's day make up then 4,000 for mehndi makeup which includes mehndi application as well & free pre bridal services which include one facial,threading,mani & pedi...
