wow a parlour not friendly in pakistan...what a shock! can someone tell me where alle nora is located exactly? and also shahnawaz studio? are there other great photo studios? i got my makeup at new look and was veryhappy....they did great hair and makeup...i didnt do anything else like facials, waxing etc...i wish i did.....how is thier photo taking? i ddint do that either?

i wouldn't prefer madihas because she does not know how to do contouring...... my sis went to madihas for her wedding and they made her look like a ghost......... extra white foundation that looked fake and no contouring which made her look even scarier....... just bcoz shes pretty she still looked cute but i wouldnt recommend madihas
it's different for everyone, I've seen some REALLY pretty brides by madeeha's

i think u cant say generally things like who is better or not. i think it also depends on ur complexion and face and such things and perhaps luck!!
well because i have seen so many bridals and some of the get ready by the same...some of the looked like models and some of them just normal....sometimes was make up very well done and sometimes the make up was just ok...but it wasnt the faul of the make up artist..its just the fact how the make up looks on everybody.
i dunno its really hard to say who is the best make up artist in lahore...perhaps u have to trust at the end allah ;)
Allenora does heavy eyes most of the times..
Madeeha does great pastels...
Ather Shahzad are great for reds/maroons
Khawar Riaz does really nice copper/red makeup..

my freind just got married in aug n she went to alle naura and got hers done from annie. she looked beautiful MASHALLAH. my sis also got married and went to alle naura and looked amazing MASHALLAH. so having luked at 2 great brides from tat pleace, i wud recommend alle naura.

here is my engagment picture from march 08, i went to lahore only for 10 days n had 2 days to pick a place n make up person…didn’t knw any better abt “too much base” and got plasterd 
— so i will be taking my own makeup for the wedding inshallah
i went to Humnaz and menus the base issue i think the make up was really nice (i loved the eyes) and it only cost 8000.
no its nice. it isnt too light i think. i think u are very fair. no its really gorgeous and perfect for engagement!! and really cheap !! :)
ur jewellery is also very nice.. from where did u get it ?? u have more close ups ??

both the dress and the jewellery…were picked my by my inlaws…i had no say in it, but will be picking my own wedding dress (or atleast my mom will be chosing it for me)
my wedding isn’t unilt dec 09 so i have some time.
this is the only one i have right now…n its at home after the party .

light????????? that was really a lot of make up and i guess in person i didn't look that light.
The base/foundation def looks like a lot of makeup..but u're eyes are def light =)

Rabia i think ur makeup is nice.. congrats... I think that wen ur not used to wearing so much makeup, it might look strange to you..but it ends up looking great in the pics.. even everyday makeup is so tricky, i know sometimes wheN i put on foundation it will look fine but then i take a picture and its soooo light, or even patchy.. =/

thank you sara, i know what u r saying abt no being used to it and everything...but all i wanted to say for the price and the last minuteness i think the makeup was nice.
and that if anyone in on a small budget that salon wasn't so bad (i think they charge 15k for wedding makeup)
