yaar main ne Annie from Alle Nora ko donon dinon ke liye book kiya thaa. MAIN NE KOI MAKEUP LINE PEHLE SE CHOOSE NAHIN KI THII; Annie ne apne hisaab se makeup kia thaa. aur donon din kamaal ka makeup kia thaa.
Main apne experience se yeh keh sakti hun ke main dekhne main bhi achi lag rahi thii aur pics bhi achi ayin (some one was saying that if Annie does ur makeup, only ur pics will come out awesome)
Main har bar , bar bar Annie ko recommend karungi, considering the fact that she can be rude at times or charges a lot.

You should go and check places out for yourself. Look at their portfolios in person since websites don't do justice to their work at all. And I find most of these parlors don't have official websites. Some random people post random pictures of brides that may or may not have gotten their makeup done at said parlor.
Go into the top ones. Depilex, madeeha's, alle nora etc. Talk to the people, look at the place, get a feeling of the parlor itself as well as the person who'd be doing your makeup. Get quotes from a few places also. Plus, take some friends or cousins with you. Brides-to-be usually get tunnel vision..! Then -- make a final decision.

DEPILEX--Mussrrat Misbah..my school mate... is doing good! However--my cousin in Lahore has made waves on beauty parlors and has done extremely well.....her name is MUNEEBA and she runs the parlor by her name.
Miss_sana: I did check out their websites too. Unfortunately, I know two brides that got ready from alle nora but their pictures were posted on depilex's website. It happens all the time. Just be cautious of these online portfolios. After all, it's your big day...!

hmm i know 4 dulhans ( friends and family memmber ) jo alle nora se tyar hoi thin.....2 were loooooking greaaaaaat 1 not:S her wedding was in summer and the make uppp last not even 1 hour....and the 4th was o.k.....its soooo confusing .
on my engagement i went too simi parlour ( it not thtttttt famous ) my make up was Ok but the base was a littleeee bit tooo much white:S ( hate thtttttt dollll style) and my Bhabhi went there too 4 her eng... and she was loooking soooooooooo guddd...her make up her dress her base everyyything was beautiful...its so confusing same parlour but difrent kind of make up:(

salam allll of u .. hats off to saimaabbas who opened up this thread... :) i am getting married in december inshaAllah.. i am comming from dubai to lahore for my marriage i dont have much time to visit parlours personally and then decide and am finding it pretty much difficult to have an idea at internet :(
thats why still very confused for my barat makeup ,, which parlour should i go for thats why i did a random search at internet abt best parlours in lahore and got ur thread thanks saimaabbas for giving "paka pakaya halwa" :D:D i am reading each and every word at this thread from 2 days.. and got interesting news .....like.. madeehas and AlleNora rocks now a days but i am bit dissappointed to read that Annie dosnt pay much attention .. if i will pay such a heavy money i will expect the same result or satisfaction from her.... which i dont think i will get but madeehas i dont know how she will make me up.. :( well saima.. can i have ur prsonal mail id i wanna ask u some questions regarding this matter

i went 2 afzl studio, afzl's wife does really goood makeup. and he did my foto shoot as well. I look totally different. His wife sara has her own studio.
wow a parlour not friendly in pakistan...what a shock! can someone tell me where alle nora is located exactly? and also shahnawaz studio? are there other great photo studios? i got my makeup at new look and was veryhappy....they did great hair and makeup...i didnt do anything else like facials, waxing etc...i wish i did.....how is thier photo taking? i ddint do that either?
