What if a woman (thinking about the kids) HAS to work to support her family? Maybe the husband doesn't earn enough...or got laid off...or due to some circumstances can't work. It would be more of a "necessity" than a "career" in this situation. But sometimes there isn't a choice.
What if she can balance a career and the family/home responsibilities?

This thread is implying that working women neglect their kids 
My daughter is mashaAllah well loved, better behaved, has more values, is more polite than the kids of any SAHMs I know. People who think that working woman means kids don’t get time or priority are seriously mistaken.
IMHO working women only mostly neglect themselves (rest, sleep, entertainment, etc.) :hinna: definitely not the kids.
