Ans: Saudi Arab.
A democratic secular Iran will become a natural ally of America and the West. Nobody will have objections if it becomes nuclear state (actually, US was encouraging Shah to develop nukes). It will soon become a regional super power, both militarily and economically.
So while Saudis are wholeheartedly supporting Israelis and Americans in their campaign against Iran, they will not like the eventual result if Americans/Israelis actually do achieve what they want foremost.
Saudis should “pray” for the survival of Islamic regime in Iran because this is the only way they could maintain their dominance in the Gulf.
Re: Which country would be the biggest loser if Iran regime falls?
I don't think it matters if the islamic republic remains or not (for Pakistan it does not matter). As far as Saudia and Iran's relations are concerned there is a lot of mistrust between the two countries. Saudia believes that Iran is getting very strong militarily and hence becoming dangerous to their hegemony in the region. Regime change has taken place in Iraq (not to Saudia's liking), and the latest attempt to change the regime in Bahrain, and some disturbances in Eastern parts of Saudia. The saudis believe that Iran has a role in that. They would be relieved if their nuclear technology is neutralized and regime change takes place there.
Re: Which country would be the biggest loser if Iran regime falls?
The ideal situation would be this:
US/Israel attack Iran, all the Islamic countries except Saudi attack US/Israel, Muslims take over US and Saudi, new Muslim government and Russia and others agree to sign the nuclear arms destruction pact. World is a safer place now.
Re: Which country would be the biggest loser if Iran regime falls?
why don't you try to convince Iran and Iranians to get rid of Ayatullahs.
What made you think I don't?
"Holy" people are one of the major cause of problems in Islamic world, be it Pakistan, Iran, Saudi, Afghanistan.
Anyone disagreeing with their decisions suddenly becomes anti-Islam. Differences of opinion are not allowed by them, which means the lack of freedom.
I don't know why someone like you does not like this idea.
Re: Which country would be the biggest loser if Iran regime falls?
^ideal would be this...
US/Israel attack iran........ Iran dismantled.....US occupies it.......Oil fields in US 'custody'.....puppet regime installed......Israel safe........
Israel is already safe with or without Iran regime. Thanks to its Arab neighbors like Saudis, Jordanians and Egyptians working with Israelis and Americans.
And that's the point. I don't know why Iranians want to be a martyr for Palestine cause when nobody wants them to take this role. Not even Arabs want Iran to be active in this conflict.

Saudi has no nemesis........... saudi regime falls.......another less wahabi regime installed........

Saudi regime really is not a cause of concern for anyone. I don't think either US or Israel would be interested in the fall of Saudi regime. As far as non-Islamist Iran, it won't achieve much from Saudi fall either. Even if Saudi regime goes, the people of the country would still be the same.
Actually, US/Israel wouldn't care about Iranian mullahs either ... if they stop antagonizing Israel all the time, and follow the footpath of everyone around, like Jordan, Egypt, Saudi, Turkey, Pakistan, etc.
Re: Which country would be the biggest loser if Iran regime falls?
^people said the same thing about Afghanistan and Iraq.
Well, Iraq never was a clerical regime.
Afghanistan was. And it is good for Afghans and others that it is not at this moment.
If however you are talking about American invasions then they should obviously be opposed, if such invasions are illegal and unjustifiable. The invasion of Iraq was illegal and uncalled for. And same would be said about Iran invasion. This invasion would be unjustified and illegal.
It is obviously better for the change to come from people themselves, instead of imposed by foreign powers.
