It would be nice if you would also mention where you did meet the celebrity and on what occasion.
With celebrity i mean: Showbiz, politicians (for me they are also celebratiy nowerdays), sportspersons…etc.
I have met many because i work in the media. Just to mention few:
Imran Khan (to be honet i was most impressed by him and no one else)

ex prime minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif (in Norway)

Katrina is gorgeous in real...i met her in 2004....and dat time she was very simple with minimal makeup. she looked amazing!!!! :)
rani is short n 'heathly'. very gol matol type. i met her at a party in 2005 and she had her plate full of cakes and pastries :P

Imran Khan several times in Mianwali and Islamabad.
Edhi several times
Atif aslam - early days of Jal before all the hype started
Ali Haider - the forgotten singer
Hadiqa Kiani - at a function in Rawalpindi
Sukhbir - the sardar ji was quite famous back then
Queen Rania
Mukhtar Mai - guess she does qualify for a celeb
A-Lo (Arif Lohar) - travelled with him
CJ Chenier the jazz singer from Louisiana - met him in Azerbaijan
Salman khan the bollywood actor, saw him but had no desire to interact with him
Diana - saw her at a party, didn’t get to interact with her
Several rugby players
