Eset Smart Security

Though there are some viruses that ESET also cant handle :)

One OS uses Kaspersky 2010

Other one uses ESET Smart Security 4

(both setups are loaded with Spybot S&D/Lavasoft AdAware) as well for added protection.

AVG. i tried running the latest version of ESET (Nod4) but it kept messing up my computer.

I also use Registry Mechanics as active process to keep the track of changing registry and Malwarebytes against all spyware/malware and information stealing junkies

MACs are not immune from virus attacks... but i guess the chance are low compared to a Windows OS.. but then if you do install one on a MAC you have decreased performance issues etc...

I have AVG on one machine, ESET on the rest. Then additional freeware products such as Spybot, AdAware, MalwareBytes...

I have Avast, used to use McAfee but it irritated me and those freeware products Maroush mentioned and Window Washer + CC Cleaner..

i use ESET cuz its the lightest on the PC.
all other AV's are resourse hoggers

If you are talking about free AV software don't forget AntiVir from Avira. Pretty decent performance and good coverage. Doesn't hog the system down either.

apni apni FEELING ki baat hay.. i use vipre and find it the lightest, and most effective.

i had vipre firewall and after few days of using , turned off and uninstalled. rely on the boxed-firewall
