You can find it in Bohri Bazar (Saddar). The shop which is just along with HBL is best.. You should try that.

Bohri Bazaar is one of the oldest markets of Karachi. The shops that sell birthday/mehndi/christmas decoration items are located beside the HBL branch. You'll find many suitable items in an affordable range. Please do bargain. :)

I have no idea about the availability of artificial flower jewelry in Karachi. Sorry. :( They do have the mehndi thaals, tinsel and other items used for mehndi decoration.
