uhm, i cant bold anything, edit, increase font size, waighera waghera....

i dont hv a link to see all the smilies either...

ah yes i believe i know the reason. the powers that be think you not yet experienced enough at 33 posts to bold print or making faces. its a big responsibility to manage toolbar.and since you spell waighera and waghera at the same time your posts should be quarantined closely.
