I would disagree with that, if trying to solve traffic issues by building bridges/under-passes is ‘defacing’ then all cities in US are defaced.

I believe Malir and Lyari were removed from Karachi’s admin and made independent some time ago, probably done in one of Benazir’s terms in 90s.

Bhai Sahab, aap fuzool kee behes kar rahai hain. You talk logic and you will be labeled as MQM goon (that I am sure you dont want). Its obvious that you are talking to people who have just one agenda, right or wrong - blame MQM for everything. You wont be able to convince them.
