Here are the numbers:
2004: Rs 152 billion (source ADB.org)
2005: Rs 227 billion (source ADB.org, this number is Fed+Provincial)
2006: Rs 365 billion (source ADB.org, this number is Fed+Provincial)
2007: Rs. 520 billion

Now total sum of 4 years development budget Rs 1,264 billion which is still less than half of what PML-N leader claims was allocated for Karachi only where as these numbers are for TOTAL development in Pakistan, not just Sindh, not just Karachi… TOTAL. Now if you can find better/accurate numbers allocated for Karachi that will be great.

So according to your figures, it is more than trillion. I say the work he has completed, did not commensurate with the amount. Cost/Benefit ratio is too high. If proper audit is done, you will find more than 3/4th of one trillion in to the pockets of super duper mayor and his hawaris.
