Besides the number are blown out of proportions by PML as mentioned by muqaweein his post. I just checked budgets for years 2004-2007, even the TOTAL allocated budget for ALL Federal developments doesn’t add up to Rs 1 trillion and he is talking about Rs 3 trillion.

No, I didn’t mean that. What he said was totally racist and ethinic statement. He was mayor of Karachi he should have behaved like mayor of Karachi, representing all the people. As regards to budget, can you tell me what is the actual figure?
