First thanks for correcting me about year of monsoon (1967). Secondly it doesn’t matter whether you agree with it or not. The fact is what that mayor had spent billions and billions, the output is negligble which indicates mass bungling and stealing of government funds. By the way can you point out single benefit, that really benefitted all people of Karachi? What you talk about is selected work he had done which you can not say it benefitted all people. His mantara is “yeh tumharay log hain ke hamaray log” and what ever he had done was for “humaray log”.

Interesting, so are you saying that “hamaray log” are not people of Karachi, citizens of Pakistan?

Besides the number are blown out of proportions by PML as mentioned by muqaweein his post. I just checked budgets for years 2004-2007, even the TOTAL allocated budget for ALL Federal developments doesn’t add up to Rs 1 trillion and he is talking about Rs 3 trillion.
