On top of that Karachi needs to be expanded. It can never be managed as one city. It should be expanded into two or three cities in a planned manner. However the Qabza groups are already grabbing the lands in peripheries making fake housing schemes and then fighting between armed groups for land making it difficult for city to grow as it should.

Karachi be divided in to five cities having their own mayor or Nazim. Center city may keep its original name, rest four cities be created accordingly for better management. Qabza group should be eliminated asap. We don’t need bhatta collectors or other criminals in Karachi. This is need of time.
