Canada or UK?
Education is a bit cheaper as compared to the UK. Is that correct? I’d like to study and work. But I’ve heard you cannot find a job without fluent French language. Is that correct?
Education is comparatively expensive in UK.
So where is it easier to live. In all terms. Can I have some sensible opinions, phuleeez?

after all the commotion recently in the UK, this is a no brainer.
french is only a requirement in some of the northern provinces like Qubec or Nova Scotia.
and yes canada is much cheaper

Actually, I checked with some friends living in UK. They said there is no change. Atleast they havent experienced. So, I think I should be fine too.
So, really? I mean fluency in French language is not necessary to find a job in Canada?
And I know that it is possible to work and study in UK but heard that in Canada, I would need some sort of permission to work in addition to being a student. Is that correct?
Approximately, how much is the difference in educational costs between both the countries? As per my research, it is 2000 pounds. Is that correct?

I was comparing the apartment rentals too. Looks like there’s not much difference. In UK, it’s like 320 pounds/month for one B/R apartment and in Canada, $ 600 (and if this is Canadian doller then it’s even cheaper. Can someone tell me if my info is correct?
Someone said in the other thread that Bradford is full of Pakistani stuff and food outlets. Can you buy Pakistani food in Canada or only cook at home? 
If yes, in which place?
I mean is there a place where you can find a job where French language is not required with some good university in the same area with reasonable tuition fee AND where they have nice Pakistani food outlets too? Is there such a place? If yes, which area? Which university? Any website links?
Do new people travel by cabs? Or buses? How about getting a driver’s license? Is it easy? What is it? Right or left handed there? How long does it cost to apply/get a driver’s license and how much cost does it involve?

on a student visa in the UK, the kind of work you can do is very limited.

It's a gamble either way, you have to weigh the pros and cons ... if I were you I'd go where family was closer by.

Id most probably be looking in customer services, call centres. Will they require French language for that?

I think the rule is that you’re not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week, so the jobs you can do needs to be within that constraint.
In britain you don’t need french. However, most call centre work in Britain is outsourced to India so finding that kind of job may be tricky…

You will need to apply for a visa to study in the uk and will need to show that you can afford to meet costs...paying for the course and for living expenses
you will need to extend your study visa each year or two years or so and will need to show that youve been studying....you will need to pay for this
the course costs will depend upon where you are studying, universities charge more than colleges you will need to find out what the course YOU want to do costs
living costs can vary, it can cost less than £50 a week to rent out a room with a family or more than a £1000 for a house in some parts of the uk
1/2 bedroom flats near me can cost upto £1000 a month
If you are not too choosy you can get jobs in shops, sales, working in old peopels homes, catering etc to make some money

The French language question was also about Canada. Getting a job in a call centre in UK is the easiest job, as per my info.

Thanks for the details, Ms. lazy. I have gathered information related to what kind of visa and how and the procedures already. This was considering I have the option else wouldnt have bothered.
I wont be going to London, if I did. Infact, for the time being. I am not thinking UK at all. And yes, I am not too picky about jobs either so I can take up any kind of job to meet my daily expenses. Canada or UK or the middle east.

All my answers were about Britain. I may live in Canada, but I know very little about this whacky country. I’ve spent a hell of a lot more of my life in Britain than in Canada!
