Sir,
We are corrupt. We are twisted. But it doesn't mean that 90% of the Pakistan's population is out there to cleanse the country of its minorities. When you talk about generalizations, you do not take individual incidents into account but look at the big picture. There have been massive crimes in Pakistan, but are only exagerated and exploited if the victim happens to be from minorities.
I accept that there has been unjustice done to the ahmedia community in Pakistan, but it is not at the scale you portray. I also agree that the incidents like Gujrat massacre are not representative of the mentality of general Indian population.
You portray as if any ahmedi or shia or non-muslim is shot at sight in Pakistan. Please be reasonable. I know and am friends with a lot of people from these communities and they feel at ease in Pakistan.
Yeah, that we allowed an Ahmadi to win Nobel prize without asking him to convert to Islam is a direct proof. It proves that non-muslims in Pakistan have more rights than non-Hindus in India- mother Teresa converted to Hinduism before receiving Nobel peace prize.
Re: Minority Prosecution-Is Pakistan merely a space [Split]
the way these threads are split, it kills the discussion

Thank you for allowing Abdus Salam to win noble prize without asking him to convert to "Islam". I am sure Nobel Prize committee would not have given him Nobel Prize without your approval. Every Ahmadi and Abdus Salam are eternally grateful to you guys for this act of kindness. We did not deserve it.
Wow ! Where did you get that nugget of information from ? Can you provide any proof to back up your claim ?
Classic anti-India propaganda from a Pakistani ![]()
yeah bro, its in our blood.

lmao;)
height of phekabaji...
Fact is Pakistani mindset is anti-everything -- anti-US/west, anti-India/Hindu/Sikh, anti-Israel, anti-shia, anti-Ahmadi, anti-non-Muslim, anti-women. Some anti feelings like those against India and Israel may be justified although one should never feed on blind hate so much; others are only motivated by a strong sense of religious bigotry which runs in nation’s veins.
I don't see things changing any time soon, as many Pakistanis are fundamentally intellectually dishonest or handicapped, both hindrance to getting to the right decision.
yeah yeah..i wonder y our moderators did not delete this thread...i m a proud pakistani..death to pakistan enemies...PAKISTAN ZINDABAD
Re: Minority Prosecution-Is Pakistan merely a space [Split]
What is it you don't agree with?

Re: Minority Prosecution-Is Pakistan merely a space [Split]
First let us learn not to behead non-wahabi sunnis and then we can take better care of shias, ahmedis, hindus christians etc.
Baby steps....
lol wahabism. = fascism.

Yaar tu khafa ho gaya... I am not saying anything bad about the great scientist- I am just saying that despite being a Sunni majority country of Hanafi faith, we allow so much freedom that a person who had nothing to do with Islam(except a muslim name) went on to win Nobel prize. Has any minority able to win Nobel prize in India? Care to name anyone?
Mother Teresa never converted to Hinduism. She died a christian and was given a Christian burrial. The funeral was telecast live on national TV.
Where do you get your facts from. ![]()

I really do not understand your line of thinking. You seem to say that it was favour done to your great scientist that he went on to win the prize. Dont drag India into all your conversations. Atleast get your facts straight or go back to the cave where people dont know what is happening in rest of the world.

Re: Where did it all begin?
This article is related to the 1953 riots and is more specific than the generalised minority treatment. Also this has less to do with treatment of minorities than the causes and issues around the rise of extremism in Pakistan.

This creates total confusion. Why not ask people around before doing something this drastic? Not all topics are the same you know, even if there is some overlap or connection.
You are just trying to ruin the focus aren't you? A form of censorship.
