Old and New Testament laws are not as liberated for a woman than the Qur'an and Sunnah are. For this reason it is best that a woman does not subject herself to the harsher laws by marrying into a family of the older religions of the Book. In fact it so much so that it is not allowed for her.
Harsher than being a staff member for 4 concupiscent managers? I doubt this husband follows the archaic rules of the Old Testament. The "older religions" have progressed beyond the paternalistic manager/staff member relationships of ancient societies.

I thought men were managers, not slave owners. Managers don't *own *the staff members "to give away" So it is incumbent on Muslims procreating to increase their proportionate population? What an ethereal way to propagate a religion. It sounds as if women are a baby-making commodity for the loins and control of man.
