I have to admit…mine is not very high. I do not eat a lot of spicy food because of heartburn but I STILL try because it is OH SO GOOD! There was a point where my food was cooked separately because I could not tolerate mirchein AT ALL. But its better now because Im so stubborn…I will not give up spice!
**mashaa Allah aapkii "par e parvaaz e murGh e taKhaiyul" Khaasii baland hai hehe :D
mine too..i worry about damaging my intestinal lining or causing ulcer ... its NOT good to eat too hot, spicy or oily food. moderation is the key here. so, i wud say mediun HOT is my threshold :)**
Same here. I love mirch but my tolerance is not very high because my dad doesn’t eat mirch at all, so all the meals in our house are cooked accordingly which is what I’m used to. I love green chilies and jalapenos.
I always thought my tolerance for mirch was high until I started living with my friend at uni, he came from a mirch eating family and I just couldn’t handle his food. When I eat too much mirchein my scalp starts itching for some reason.

Moderate tolerance. Not too spicy and not too mild :)
I do not like too much kali mirch or even too much laal mirch. They immediately burn my taste buds and rest of the food just tastes horrible after that. I can eat hari mirch on the side and good thing is that I can control the portion as I eat my food. With mirch pre-mixed, I cant control the hotness of the food.
I hate mirchein, can't tolerate em...i do add a bit of lal mirch in cooking, but i absolutely abhor harri mirch, if I have to , I will chop it wtih a glove on just to avoid getting that mirch on my hands.
