Very high, but I don't cook spicey food everyday because it gives me heartburn sometimes.

I love mirchain ... all of them ... the only condition is that I should have pepsi with the food and a whole box of tissue ...

Moderate tolerance. Not too spicy and not too mild :)

Low, I love spicy food but unfortunately with age my tolerance for it has decreased and neither my stomach nor my mouth can handle it. Only when I'm eating nihari will I suffer through the pain... It's so good it's worth it
