aaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwww...come to Canada...i've lived and survived 50 degree heat in India two weeks ago. :D

Strict ketogenic dieting, 5 weeks.

I sprained my knee almost a month ago, still cant workout and my eating has been really bad as well. I will be trying to get my eating habits back on track for this month at least.

I don't like to be skinny (or chubby for that matter). I just don't have any plans this month to do anything about my weight (issue) though.

Man..i have been skipping my gym for quiet a while now. I gotta hit back to gym and work on my abs and chest a bit more.

Well..it kinds sucks..coz..i normally got good routine. But lately..there has been lot of going around house..so can't do regularly..

We have to stop these excuses! This month i have a full on medical treatment happening, and then next month I'll have the excuse that medical treatment didnt work, and after that it's Ramadhan and then Eid parties. There's always something happening, but we need to look after ourselves first.

Stop eating junk food and go to the gym at least 3 times a week (sounds easier than it is :()

you just have to make a firm determination that you will NOT deviate from the straight path leading to "slim-lane". :D
