A bit late to this thread, I was distracted by all the politics talk.I started my favourite exercise ever. It's so easy and quick. I jump rope for 15 min my aim is to inc it to half an hour, followed by lunges and Pilates :) my diet is also going well. Start of the month I went through a bad patch but am much better now.I eat oats in the morning. For mid morning snack I blend frozen banana and apple (yumm). Then salan and a pita bread in the afternoon and then at night. Snack on cucumbers and carrots. So far so good :). I have regained 6 lbs of the 18 I lost so work on re- losing those and then some by the end of may
On the other hand..not sure if this happens with you guys..but i tend to loose weight in ramadan more. And i guess..secret to that is..i keep it very light. So good bye to work out for another month or so..
I lose 5kg in the first two weeks of Ramadhan, I can still fit in workouts between iftaar and isha so looking forward to it
That's impressive, after Iftar all I can do is hold my tummy and pray for mercy
yeah, i go to masjid for tarawih so hav to control at iftaar time if i want to complete the 20 rakat.
Ramadhan is a good for reminding us that we really do over eat, and we don't need any junk food to survive
Man..i am telling it his all those pakorays and channays. I on other hand..just have fruit chaat and have couple of parkorays..and don't eat after until suhoor.
1 glass of juice (grapefruit mostly).
5-6 meals, high in saturated fats, 2 eggs servings, meat in every serving (mostly fish, crustaceans i.e. clams/shrimp, some chicken, and atleast 1 serving of beef i.e. cheeseburgers [beef is the main source of carnitine which is an absolute essential in keto diets]), 1 glass milk or yoghurt, 1-2 servings of fibrous veggies, 3 servings of a protein shake that is loaded with vitamins and minerals, 1 apple/spinach/iron-loaded item [need extra iron because I smoke], and a small dose of supplemental arginine (vasodilator).
