Third month rolling into our challenges.
For June my challenge is to not weigh myself! I have put away my scales to stop the cycle I have been in. Whenever I reach my goal weight I start scoffing again so to cut this vicious cycle.

I froze my membership at the gym for two months that means I 'll have to eat healthy,do some exercise at home, walk more as it is summer.
And I 'll detox my body. Has anyone else done a detox diet ? share please

Ramadhan is my detox plan. No fried food, all fresh fruits and veg, milk, yoghurt and almonds. 5 kg fall off easily

Awesome, I am thinking to eat healthy during Ramadan but our fast will be 19 hours long.
