Hi people hws it going? I haven't weighed myself this month at all! I used to weight three times a day. I am finding it hard to stay away but the 3x daily weigh ins were madness and very counter productive.

Na karo queer. I dnt need much nudging to whip out the scales and I am doing so well going cold turkey
June challenge? I feel hungry quiet less nowadays. Despite of my active life style. Trying to keep up with fruits along with desi food. So..i am eating in v small portions and cant eat much.

weighing too much is not good because i have read somewhere that weight fluctuates on daily basis.. so weighing onc
e or twice in a week is fine to keep a check but record your lowest reading only :D
