I only joined the subway fanclub recently…but yeah I guess some of it is to do with it being prepared in front of you…but I think it’s also cos the bread is freshly baked…yum…there’s just something about freshly baked bread :slight_smile:

OMG you like brie?! It’s so rare to find desis who like brie…I love brie and cranberry toasted sarnies :yummy:

Veggie (that includes bell peppers,onions,banana peppers,olives,tomatoes) with provolon cheese grilled on wheat bread with ranch,sweet onion and honey mustard . :yummy:

Sweet onion chicken teriyaki on wheat bread with lettuce, pickles, olives, red onions, jalapenos, and banana peppers. Yum!

my friend went into a subway and asked for a 12 inch sub with cheese, mayo, pickle, onions, peppers and lettuce.

the guy serving him said "sorry sir we only serve footlong or 6 inch". :)

hmmmmmmm… dont know, surely u dont mean banana + peppers, although Elvis Presley loved a banana + peanut butter sandwich. (fried in butter).

I am thinking if doing banana + peanut butter in one of those sandwich toasters instead of frying. u know the ones that seal and cut the bread so they look liike giant samosas.

Banana peppers are peppers that are yellow in color and shaped like banana, not as big ofcourse.
They're usually pickled as well just like jalapeno.
I've never been a fan of those....

nadeemnirvana: I actually made one of those peanut butter and banana fried sandwiches once…it’s a really heavy combination but I have to say it tasted divine…! Couldn’t eat them on a regular basis though!

The sandwich toaster idea sounds good…I like to make keema and cheese toasties yum! :yummy:

Teggy: I know the ones you mean…they usully come with doner kebabs right…? They are nice, but only when accompanying the right dish…not sure I’d like them in a sarnie though… :slight_smile:
