I just had a Honey Oat sub with tuna mayo and double cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn, olives, gherkins, green peppers, jalapeno peppers…and south west and honey mustrad dressing…yum!! :yummy:

Basically, too much acid in my stomach which refluxes upto esophagues - so I have to avoid all the acid stuff to avoid the burning sensation in my chest and a terrible TERRIBLE pain in stomach:smack:

Aww sounds awful...! I wonder if this is what my sister has...? She has awful pains in her tummy and heartburn almost every time she eats and we can't find the root cause of it...what are the other symptoms...?
