I was trying to watch a video on a site and that was working perfectly fine with my work place system.Achanak,it is giving a message saying `There is an IP address conflict with another system’,when I tried to open the same video from another system and could not watch the video.Why is it so?
Again what all details an IP address can provide?

IP address is like a home address . What if two homes have same address ? there will be a conflict . Data won't know which place it has to go .
Solution: It is router's duty to assign a unique IP to each system . So just disconnect and reconnect your network connection and hopefully it will work .
