It was not released due to the publisher backing out. They've been hoping for a new publisher but nobody decided to pick it up yet.
Anyhow, out of the recently released games, Prototype has been popular but I haven't personally played it. Most of my recent gaming has been with a couple of retro games and XBLA games on the 360. I started playing through Halo 3 again last week.

I haven’t purchased GTA IV yet (though i will have to play it when my daughters aren’t around 
)… last one i played was San Andreas (on PS2)…
Mortal Kombat on Wii is just… addictive… even more so than when i first played it on Sega Master System all those years back 
Oh, also worth mentioning is the Guitar Hero series, on PS3

Have you heard of or played this game
Delta Force Xtreme 2?
I got it from XFX as a promotion, it's a shooter. But i'm not sure if it's worth the install and space it takes up on the PC.
Not too familiar with Delta force extreme, but For FPS games on PC, i would go with:
Call of Duty WaW
Crysis
HalfLife 2 (kind of old but good)
Doom 3 (if you were a follower of the original)

Man, COD4 is so real. The first level on the ship and the last level are simply the best I've ever seen. Completely realistic.

indeed it is... even though the game is pretty old, but the graphics are excellent...Game of PS3 are much better than PS2

Do you mean that the PS3 has a better library than the PS2 or that a game that is on both the PS3 and the PS2, then the PS3 version would be better than it's PS2 counterpart?
If it's the latter, then I agree. If not, then I strongly disagree.

PS3 has great graphics but PS2 is legendary. Best games.
I sort of agree with you there then. PS2 has an amazing library, though best is subjective. And yes, the PS3 is better than the PS2 if we look at the graphics aspect.
