Personally, I think mispronouncing and calling him a by an Indian state name is very rude/ xample of her being called 'Shahida' by some actor in some shows. T/ problem is she alwaysssysssssss calls him that and aftr a while it duz become very irritating. I gess calling Jinnah "Jannah' or mispronouncing any other name is no big deal anymore as it is very much in t/ rest of t/ world. I used to like her quite a bit honestly but thn i just cudn't stand her anymore either, NowI jst watch her for t/ guests which reminds me of Nadia Khan.

i was home today and browsing the channels and it is quite weird that none of the morning shows were live, as yanzala said all are showing old episodes even ayesha sana’s on ptv was a repeat and hum tv’s sana was absent, some other host was hosting. something is definitely cooking up :hmmm:hope its for the better, i was totally off morning shows, maybe it was the tanking ratings that made them shuffle things around but frankly putting the same faces on different channels is not going to accomplish anything.

^ i think sana tariq was gone because hum tv is celebrating the 4th anniversary of their masala channel, and they were doing an entire 48 hours transmission that i guess sana tariq wasn't up to. I don't care about sana tariq, her show was alright, i never actually watched it.
...and yes i agree shuffling the faces around channel isn't going to do any better. they need beauty with brains now. Enough of designer's cloths, jewelry makeup, and stuff. they need some quality sense of humor.

but i still miss Dr. Shaista :(

I was watching Qtv last night and it looks like they'll be starting a Morning show soon :D It just shows a lady holding a chai ka cup and then it says Coming Soon.

I sometimes wonder why the idiots in charge of programming on these channels don't let the viewers know what's going on. That way viewers don't have to keep scratching their heads wondering if some host quit or another got hit by a truck etc. ( God forbid ). It reflects really poorly on them and just shows that they are a bunch of un-professional baboons.

^^ completely agreed Tanveer! I think they are too busy promoting their news channel hosts or their dramas. They lack professional communication.

Tanveer that's cuz they don't realy care about what we as viewers think! They keep repeating t/ same old shows again and again. I requested TV1 to repeat both t/ SAher LOdhi Show and his morning show w/ my favourite actor Faisal Quresi, but do they listen? NOOOOO, absolutely not. THey very proudly claim not reading internet blogs. Maybe they need to rethink and start caring what we as paid customers are saying and what do we really wanna watch.

you guys are absolutely right. they could care less about what their paid costumers think, they care about making money, and as long as money is coming who the heck cares about professionalism or work ethics. it has been around a month with old nadia khan shows, and over two weeks with good morning pakistan shows, and a month with Tv1s repeat morning show. but has there been any word about why they are doing that? NO, heck no.
and once they are going to start actually airing their new shows probably with different hosts, and what not, they are going to claim their shows being the best, most reliable, most concern about their viewers, most ethical, and other crap like that.

After the Ramzan transmission by Sahir Lodhi, now her sister Dr.Shaista Wahidi is joining Geo TV for the morning show.
The coming morning show would be on aired from the Karachi studio of Geo TV. Since a few times the rating of Nadia khan Show was falling down, specially during Ramadan, NKS shows were really bad. Another reason of dismissing Nadia Khan is that she doesn’t want to leave Dubai. In the present scenario among all the morning shows ARYs morning show and its host shaista Wahidi are the best. Therefore Geo has signed Shaista Wahidi.
Another interesting fact is that, Nadia Khan was also morning show host of ARY and she left ARY for Geo TV, now let’s see how long shaista would stay with Geo TV.

I cannot believe how fickle these morning show hosts are. They way they defend their channels and badmouth others, you would think that its a national issue and the 'other' channel belongs to an enemy country. Then they switch channels like musical chairs. Pathetic. Anyway, should GEO really rope in Dr. Shaista ( she is so jaded and boring - sorry Yanzala and Shaista fans ). They should look around more. I wonder how Dr. Shaista is going to get along with Dr. Moiz who ditched GMP and showed up on Nadia's show the morning he was supposed to be on GMP (badmouthing ARY and GMP's host indirectly). Dr. Shaista was so upset that day that she lectured twice about his un-professionalism. Funny thing is Nadia and Dr. Moiz went on and on about how they would now do elaborate sessions with Dr. Moiz without restrictions from the channel and constant interruptions from the talkative host ( as if Nadia wasn't talkative herself and never interrupted any guests ).

don't apologize. i am with you tanvir. i like Dr. shaista, for the time she was doing good shows at ary, and left a good impression on me. but now if she is actually joining geo and quit ary, i am not really going to defent her or like her at all. infact i hate her now :(
