I went to vote yesterday with my family. Dad kept reminding us all to bring our IDs. After we got there, I realized my wallet is in my niece’s baby bag cuz I took her out the day before 
Dad gave me the car key to his new car and told me to go bring the wallet from home. So I get inside the car, fumble with the key for like a good 5 minutes and still couldn’t figure out how to start the freakin’ car 
I thought it’s one of those keys that you just need to keep on you (like with my car) but nope, it’s one of those push keys. 
So by this time dad comes back, sis laughs at me, and I take the walk of shame to the backseat. sigh What a fool!

I seriously hope that liberals don’t legalize marijuana. They were pretty supportive of all of Conservative’s bills, including C51 and C24.
The only reason Harper lost was because he took the niqab, and other issues too much and people got sick of it.
I would’ve voted for his party if it weren’t for Bill C-51 and his fear-mongering.
I’m surprised by how most voted for Liberals despite knowing that NDP is the party that actually cares for middle-class. Those Liberals have been corrupt (scandals and all), and some of their policies are not what should be done (such as legalizing marijuana,).
People like Zunera are the reason why anti-islam uproar was caused in the first place. While it’s good she got the courts on her side, but it also got everyone riled up against muslims/islam…see some of the comments on those news about her.
If you want to be a target and wear burka (got nothing to do with islam), perhaps stay back in Pakistan. Fanning anti-muslim sentiment because of the ‘zidd’ of some of these people is deplorable.

Meh, how does the legalisation of marijuana affect the desi community? It’d just be another intoxicant akin to alcohol and tobacco–legal to consume but haraam to Muslims.
