in dinner or lunch you can make something like bhunna chicken ( i m not fond of other gosht) with naan n salad. I think thats it. do not over do as usually u dont feel like eating too much after long journey.
I wont to keep some variety in front of them plus I want to have enough food so she does not need to cook for at least 2 more meals. AFter that, I am sure she would be ready to take over the kitchen.
She is not fond of chai but if she felt like, I can fix a cup for her in a minute.
