it may sound like a old fashioned piece of wisdom:
but, for women and for men, being appealing is possible, still, with their particular way of wearing comfortable, practical, sophisticate & modest clothes.
one must look and actually be, daunting enough with clothes on (poshak is zeenet 'grace')!
one of the reasons (an other being the ability to communicate in language through our speech), why we are 'humans', & thus different than animals, is because we are ideally supposed to be mindful of ourselves, our sense of self-respect & for making a good impression, all of which is purely a part of this process of eliciting liking or being liked.
you can still be valued as a pretty or handsome person clad in nice trendy clothes, without compromising your sense proper clothing of your body.
thus, i feel that the association of 'hot' & 'date' is a misnomer, wrong attributes.
it should be changed to 'absolutely impressive' in the aesthetic sense as well as the moral sense.
