Sending a PM can be risky. I have seen it happening elsewhere that if a guy takes the initiative and the girl doesn’t like it, then she puts some masala on the message and makes it public

If you like someone romantically, then you have a crush on that person.
If you like someone just as you like "a lot of members on this forum" then that is not a crush, simply appreciation and respect.
