On one hand, I agree with Deeba. that whole thing gives me a weird vibe....But that's just me.
On the other hand, if ppl can marry their own gender (well fight for it) then who am I to criticize this type of marriage. :|

Islamically I’m also allowed to do misyar and sign a contract and take money to become someone’s ‘mistress’, does that mean I should do it or you’d be ok with your own sister or daughter doing it??? (and then I could turn round and accuse you of ‘picking and choosing’ like you’ve just done lol)..
Try understanding the difference between what’s technically ‘allowed’ and what is/isn’t encouraged instead of seeing everything in black + white like some simpleton..
(I have a feeling you won’t be able to understand the logic behind this argument tho..)
