recently ma sister got married all three dayz i have shalwar kameez. on mehendi i have a fancy dupatta with mirror work on it (in that dayz in pk) as dupatta is so fancy so i go with plain sea green suit with that . on barat i have red kaam wala suit n walima as well kaam wala suit but different in style . i ll try to post pic .

gharara or lehenga on the shaadi, maybe sari on valima, shalwar kameezes or churidar's for mayoun and mehendi. i like to mix it up :)

Well on my sister's wedding I had chunri bell bottoms for mehndi, shalwar kameez for shadi, and churidar for valima. It really depends on you what kind of dreses you like and stuff..

Well I don't live in Pakistan either but on my sister's wedding I was very particular about my clothes that they should be xyz colors, xyz type styles, etc etc... Actually I am one of those who can never wear koi sa bhe, I am very picky about my clothes.
What you wear plays an important role in defining your personality so one should always carefully choose clothes, be it a wedding, work, or any other social gatherings.

Wear a nice shalwar suit on the mehndi. Maybe a gharara/lengha for the wedding. A sari for the walima? not sure what ur 4th function is, but u cant go wrong with a fancy shalwar kameez. So many styles, depends what you like, what suits you.

i wore a bell-bottom type pajama with a short shirt on ubtan, gharara on mehndi, shalwar kameez on barat and sari on walima.

well part of it depends on what she's wearing b/c i'd want it to coordinate with her look as well
probably- gharara for shadi, a nice sari for valima; and a simple lengha, or shalwar kameez or churidaar for mehndi and mayoon

For my shadi, my sis wore a churidaar on the mehendi, bell bottom with regular length shirt at the rukhsati and a shalwar kameez at the valima. I got the mehendi outfit made for her and she chose the barat and valima dresses herself.

i'd wear ghararas and shararas as much as possible
and otherwise maybe a churidaar (mehndi) or sari (valima/dawats)

i think it should be fancy but not as fancy as the bride or def not the same color. i HATE when sisters or close freinds try to wear the same color or style it ruins pictures and then it also looks like ur trying to upstage the bride. anything other tha that should be fine. like if ur sisters wearinga red lehnga....wear a blue or green etc...saree....do something unique

Aw I think it looks cute when teh sisters/freinds all match with each other, like bridesmaids... anyways, i think the matching looks best on mehndi functions than baraat/valima...

Hmm As per my view,
Mayon should be typical mayon colour with gota, yellow, green and red colours.
Mehendi, best is sharara with light work.
Wedding Ceremony should have decent colours, like white dress with silver embroidery.
Valima: Hmm Sari would be beautiful, like black and golden embroidery.
