That was more than money issue. Azim Tariq was the most respected (or the only respected?) guy of MQM and had he turned against Altaf Hussain , u know what would have happened.

Coming back to the topic, lets see if any MQM party member has the guts to question Altaf's leadership. I seriously doubt it.
And whoever said altaf lives in a 120yard house, the way hes growing horizontally and exponentially, I dont think that 120 yard house will contain him. I also dont think hes living offa social welfare, because apparently he talks about something called the 'MQM funds'. He said he would donate his ex-wife's jewellery into this so called fund, which is funny because it recycles and comes back to him ultimately, along with the bhatta from the units run by Farooq bhai.

I am pretty sure he doesn't work, not sure if he is taking any 'welfar check' from UK govt, but most likely he is taking assistance from MQM funds.

bhai does not accept any salary for his duties as party chair and quaid e tehreek. it is a vulgar slander against bhai. if his chahney walay give him something, he does not refuse them their happiness and sawab. that would not be gracious and bhai has more grace in him than the wax on zardaris moustache.
