I don't remember what was the time in Pakistan but it was evening and I was getting ready for my sister's mehndi, she got married the next day 12th September. I remember anyother incident occured during the next 2 days, a quite famous shopping mall at Lahore named *'Pace' *was burnt down and kaafi loss hua tha.

No logic. I was searching web for old pakistani ads (i wanted TV commercials), came acorss this ad.

I suddenly realized that its already 10th sep. Pure coincidence.

At that time I was at my Uncle's (now my inlaws) home. One of my cousin was a teacher and she brought some papers to check at home and we were helping her in checking those.

and suddenly this news came on TV. at that specific time i was not taking interest in it as visiting that home was a very rare for me as I was engaged there so at that day i was interested in something else.

but later on when i got back Rawalpindi i was shocked to hear the details.

I thought of putting this thread in W.A but o.k it got started in cafe........ :D

I was in train and came to know about it only the next morning.Frankly peaking ,I did not feel anything speacial(might be due to my sleep in the A.C coach of the train and could not read the news fully)............... But after reaching home and after watching T.V only I came to know abt the full impact. :(

I was in the air, on a flight back to Canada. Landed 9:30 am due to traffic both in the air and on the ground.

They didn't tell us what was going on, and no one had a clue until we LANDED at the airport to see 1000s of flights there.

when it happened i was at school and knew nothing of it, i got home from school and the tv was on and mum said look whats happened, i remember standing in the doorway and watching, hadnt taken off bag or coat or shoes. but at the time i didnt realise what sort of impact this had or would have.
